Standard cancellation is free of charge until 3 days before arrival. This excludes non-refundable rates.

Full payment will be deducted from the credit card provided on your reservation 3 days prior to your arrival (unless it's a pre-paid or non-refundable reservation, payment will be deducted upon booking).

For non-refundable rates, full payment will be deducted from the credit card provided upon booking, no refunds will be provided.

No-shows and cancellations within 72 hours of arrival, including same day bookings will be non-refundable.

All credit card payments attract a 1.75% surcharge.
