These terms and conditions apply to bookings you make with us over the phone, via email, in-person or online. We will rely on the authority of the person making the booking to act on behalf of any other traveller on the booking and that person will bind all such travellers to these terms and conditions.

Prices:
All rates are quoted in AUD and are inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax). Our ABN number is 30716205605. All prices are subject to availability.

Deposit:
Credit card details will be required to confirm your booking. Please note that your credit card details are taken as a guarantee of your booking. Full balance will be charged three (3) days prior to your arrival. For non-refundable bookings, full payment will be deducted at time of booking. Most major credit cards accepted and attract a 1.75% surcharge.

Cancellation Conditions:
Notice of cancellations or amendments must be provided in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows: 
• Bookings cancelled more than 72 hours prior to arrival – no penalty
• Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival and No Shows – penalty equivalent to 100% of booking
• No refunds for non-refundable bookings/packages. We will do our best to secure another booking to reduce or avoid the need for cancellation charges.

General:
Terms & Conditions below are for bookings made directly via the Melbourne Apartment Collection website. These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time and are subject to change at our complete discretion without further notice to you.

Late Check-Out:
Late checkouts are subject to availability on the day of departure and not guaranteed.

Guarantee Policy:
A valid Credit Card is required at time of booking, with full payment debited three (3) days prior to arrival. A security bond of $200 will also be deducted to cover incidentals. The security bond is refundable upon departure (subject to inspection of the apartment).

No Party Policy:
For the benefit of all guests, Melbourne Apartment Collection has a strict no party policy. In the event that any apartment/guest is identified as having a party, the property reserves the right to immediately request all occupants of the apartment to vacate the premises. In addition the registered guests will be required to settle the account prior to departure for any expense resulting from additional cleaning, replacement of any furniture/fixture/fitting breakage, as well as for any required repairs.

Identification:
Prior to arrival date Guests must provide valid government-issued photographic identification for security purposes. The booking must be under the name of the person checking in. In addition, the Guest must also provide a credit card in the name of the photographic ID.

Child Policy:
Children under the age of 12 stay free with existing bedding.

Special Requests:
We will make all attempts to satisfy special requests, however cannot guarantee.

Internet Access:
Our apartments offer free access to Wi-Fi. Melbourne Apartment Collection cannot be held responsible for non-availability of the Internet network, inability of accessing the Website, external intrusion, computer viruses, or non-authorised online transactions using our Wi-Fi access.

No-Shows / Failure to Cancel:
Each booking at Melbourne Apartment Collection is subject to a Cancellation Policy. Failure to check in on the reserved arrival date will incur a 100% penalty charge. If guests choose to shorten their stay or check out early a penalty charge will apply, as detailed in the Cancellation Policy associated with the rate booked.

Limitation of Liability:
Not withstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions to the contrary, Melbourne Apartment Collection both for itself and on behalf of their employees or agents, do not accept any responsibility for any act, omission, default or neglect of themselves, their employees or agents for injury, damage, or loss to persons or goods whatsoever. They shall not be held responsible for indirect damage, damage arising from consequential damage or special circumstances, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity, arisen out of the performance or non performance of obligations under this Terms and Conditions.

Travel Insurance:
Melbourne Apartment Collection strongly recommends you purchase Comprehensive Travel Insurance. We suggest that the policy include, but not limited to, the following coverage – loss of payment through cancellation, loss or damage to personal baggage, loss of money and medical expenses.

Melbourne Apartment Collection provides such links only as a convenience to you and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement, investigation or verification by Melbourne Apartment Collection of the linked website or any information contained in it.

Health:
You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements and recommended precautions relevant to your travel.

Smoking:
All Melbourne Apartment Collection properties are 100% non smoking/vaping, evidence of smoking/vaping may incur a fine.
