These versatile studio apartments are just off the buzzing main drag of Fitzroy St, in a tucked away location at 5 Acland St, St Kilda, VIC 3182.

Cozy Queen: This 17.5m2 apartment gives you exactly as much space as you need for a home base in St Kilda plus a north facing courtyard so you get sun all day long, so you can stay cozy in winter and bun-basked on those sunny Melbourne days. The apartment features a queen bed for one or two guests, a kitchenette, bathroom with walk in shower, and split-system heating and cooling. Off-street parking is available at a nearby secure carpark at guests expense.

Queen: If you prefer that extra stretching room to be inside rather than split between outside, then the 22m2 Queen Studio is for you. The apartment features a queen bed for one or two guests, a kitchenette, bathroom with walk in shower, and split-system heating and cooling. King: Get the best of both worlds with this cleverly designed 24.5m2 studio that gives you all the stretching room you need plus that private outdoor courtyard. The apartment features a king bed for one or two guests, or two singles for two guests on request, a kitchenette, bathroom with walk in shower, and split-system heating and cooling. Off-street parking is available at a nearby secure carpark at guests expense.

Bungalow: This 40m2 Bungalow has a private entrance and includes a living area, bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom fetures a King Bed for one or two Guests, while a second or third guest can be accommodated in the living area on the modern comfort of the Koala extentable beds. The bungalow also includes a BBQ and a public patio with garden views, and split-system heating and cooling. Off-street parking is available at a nearby secure carpark at guests expense.

The apartment is close to central facilities, with a supermarket and chemist less than a 5 minute walk, and multiple tram routes 5 - 10 minutes from your door. However it's easy to stay local, with the bars, restaurants, cafes and shopping of the Fitzroy St and Acland St Precinct only a short stroll away.

Check-in
Your apartment will be available from 2pm on your day of arrival. Please note: there is no reception desk. To complete remote registration and allow self check-in, we will require your valid government issued photo ID.

Full payment will be deducted from the credit card provided on your reservation 3 days prior to your arrival (unless it's a pre-paid or non-refundable reservation). Credit card payments attract a 1.75% surcharge. We will also process $200 security bond on your credit card to cover any incidentals. (This deposit is refunded on check-out, subject to apartment inspection).

To avoid delays with self check-in, please ensure that the guest name, credit card name and photo ID all match.

Your photo ID and security deposit is due by 4pm on your arrival date.

Codes to access the key from the lock box with instructions, will be sent to you on your arrival day, pending payment and receipt of ID.

Parking Information

Access to the free secure parking is located at the back of the property and is accessed via Smith St, which is a one way street. If you require car parking, our remote receptionists will instruct you on how to access parking on the day of your arrival. Parking is only available for one car.

No Smoking
Smoking and/or vaping (electronic cigarette) are strictly NOT permitted in our apartments and on any common property including the foyers and stairwells. Penalties apply for any evidence of smoking inside the apartment and any other associated costs being deducted from your bond.

No Pets
Pets and animals are not permitted in our apartments. Assistance animals and guide dogs are welcome at our apartments. Please reach out to our guest services team to provide documentation prior to check-in.
