These stylish studio apartments are in a quiet location at 36 Blessington Street, St Kilda, VIC 3182, opposite the St Kilda Botanic Gardens.
The 29 sqm space is put to full use, with large windows to keep the space bright, and block-out blinds to keep it dark while you sleep. The apartment features a king bed for one or two guests, a fully equipped kitchenette, and split-system heating and cooling.
Please note, the apartment building has 3 floors, and there is no lift.
The apartment is close to central facilities, with a supermarket and chemist less than a 5 minute walk, and multiple tram routes 5 - 10 minutes from your door. However it's easy to stay local, with the bars, restaurants, cafes and shopping of the Acland St Precinct only a short stroll away. Check-in
Your apartment will be available from 2pm on your day of arrival. Please note: there is no reception desk. To complete remote registration and allow self check-in, we will require your valid government issued photo ID.
Full payment will be deducted from the credit card provided on your reservation 3 days prior to your arrival (unless it's a pre-paid or non-refundable reservation). Credit card payments attract a 1.75% surcharge. We will also process $200 security bond on your credit card to cover any incidentals. (This deposit is refunded on check-out, subject to apartment inspection).
To avoid delays with self check-in, please ensure that the guest name, credit card name and photo ID all match.
Your photo ID and security deposit is due by 4pm on your arrival date.
Codes to access the key from the lock box with instructions, will be sent to you on your arrival day, pending payment and receipt of ID.

Access to the free secure parking is located at the back of the property and is accessed via Smith St, which is a one way street. If you require car parking, our remote receptionists will instruct you on how to access parking on the day of your arrival. Parking is only available for one car.
